How can I upload package with FTP?

I have downloaded several times without numbers but after the software installed for rebooting, the following occur:
Starting…
Demo version expired
Reload RouterOS
Pls help me out to know where to start again.. please
Buy a license?
Or re-install with Netinstall as that should reset the demo license to get you another day. The wiki has detailed instructions on that.
