RouterOS hanging

Our Router OS v3.2 on x86 is hanged 7 times this morining from 7:52 am to 9:15 am. this problem I am facing since long time. what is the main reason? Is the problem in the router os configuration? or with router os hardware means server processor, ram etc?

Please provide your kind advise and help.

It could be HW problem, sure: http://forum.mikrotik.com/t/interface-stats-and-cpu-usage-not-correct-after-upgrade/24752/24 . Did you try upgrading RouterOS version?

  • I’d like to add that you need to remove the Xen package, if it is installed, as well as all packages that you don’t use!
