i’ve need to run RouterOs on a double Quad Xeon ( 4Gb ram ), as core router for bgp and deep packet inspection, i’ve an average of 200/300mbit/ with a peak of 500mbit. The Core is an ATCA blade boards, have an integrated SAS controller
the controller seems not supported by routerOS, but works fine on linux, on linux uses BusLogic driver.
is possible to have these support on routerOs? now i’ve runnig ros test on usb stick but is not affordable solution for production eviroment. i need to use the sas disk. there aren’t not ata or sata controller in board.
