RouterOs Problem with more than 150 hotspot user

hi all, i have a router Os working in Core Network of ISP, it is very critcal equipment for us, because it primarly role is Hotspot gateway and intervlan routing.so it affect greatly our business

This are the caracteristics of this server :

  • CPU : 2 GHz
  • RAM : 1 G
  • Os Version : 3.27
  • Licence Level : 6
    We have one interface Giga on witch we have configured 17 VLANs, each Vlan is a subnet.

We have created hotspot server for each Vlan.
But we have the following issue :
When the number of simultaneos users in a Vlan is more than 150, hotspot starts working anormally, our customers are no more redirected to login page, or the browsing become very slow.
When we disable and enable the server in hotspot, everything is fine. That leads us to think that the problem is on the hotspot.

PS : On the Vlan who has those problems, we have the following traffic:
In : 10 MB
Out : 2.5 MB

It is very important and critical for us, our customers are complaining.

2- also i want to know if someone know if mikrotik router Os has already been deployed in Core Network of an ISP like this. and how much of simultaneous user it can support?

We have hotspot users numbering into the 3000 on one box, not such as small machine, but we do have them running, 80-100 meg of data without issues.

I have the same problem, I have over 150 hotspots and 10 to update to version 3.27 has this problem and the only solution is down and up the hotspot.
