RouterOS to intermediate three networks

Hello,
I am facing some issues to set up my network configuration, that’s why I came here to ask for some help.
First of all, I am totally noob concerning Mikrotik. However, I have basic network knowledge and advanced linux experience.

I just bought a Mikrotik equipment (RB153) which came with a electronic combo pack to my business enterprise. It has two Atheros miniPCI Wlan cards (AR5413) and a 128MB compact flash.

To explain my network business infrastucture, I’ll draw a poor schematic as following:

(Internet)____(Cisco AP+DHCPserver:192.168.1.x) - - - - - - - - (Generic Wireless Router Repeating Cisco’s signals) - - - - - (Mikrotik RB153 w/ two Wlan cards)

wired connection represented by _____
wireless connections represented by - - - - -

The Cisco router, is from my house. It has its own DHCP server as 192.168.1.x
I would like to set up my Mikrotik so it can operates with two differents DHCPs server (one for my customers, another for my business network infrastructure). So I would like to separate each type of network so it can’t be seing by any other.

However, all network must inherit Internet from Cisco’s AP.
Also, it must be able to limit customers internet bandwidth to lower than Business + Home bandwidths.

Is this possible?

How could I set up?
