RouterOS v5.8 to v6.42.1

Hi there, I need some information.
I was running MikroTik RH1100AH with RouterOS v5.8. Today I follow this steps to upgrade:

But something wrong happend. When the MilkroTik reboots it never works. Instead of it, it “beep” and turn on all lights on in a loop mode.
