RouterOS winbox Error

Please can anyone tell me what might have caused this error while trying to access my winbox from another RouterOS. It has been working before this problem started few weeks now.
Any way out pls

try to uncheck ‘load previous session’ checkbox.

Some problem. Unchecking "load previous session’ box didn’t work.
