Is there any protect from reading data from chip with Routers OS or not?
I mean, if somebody steal my router, can he(she) read info from cheap other way?

Well, unless the chip is encrypted then it is theoretically possible to read it with appropriate electronic and software tools.
The question is, would you consider yourself a “target” for someone with such advanced equipment and knowledge?
If you really need high level of security then you should really know that use of the same user/password on multiple devices/services is a very bad practice.

Physical security is also important. And you can always enclose your device in epoxy, forbidding such type of access
