Routing a specific website to a specific gateway

Hi Guys
i have 2 isp on my Mikrotik , the first isp block this website ( http://www.facebook.com ) , but the second isp allow it ( but i have on this isp a poor bandwidth and i want to use it for this website only )
so what i want is to take the from the second isp only on this website and let the first isp take the rest
is that possible with mikrotik and how ?

You have to use policy-routing option, it is described in documentation,
http://www.mikrotik.com/testdocs/ros/2.9/ip/route.php
Assign routing-mark rule to traffic that is destined to Facebook, use this routing-mark on ‘ip route’.

Facebook uses particular addresses.
