Routing between 2 wan for some ip's

Hello guys, please i need help!

In my main network (intranet) has a proxy, and it causes some difficulties to update some computers. Note i am not the proxy administrator.

The configuration:
Eth1 = Wan1 = 192.168.1.1 (Internet without proxy) = Secondary Connection.
Eth5 = Wan2 = 10.0.0.1 (Intranet with proxy) = Primary Connection.

I need:

  1. create an address list with some ip’s, example 10.0.0.5, 10.0.0.6… to apply the rule to them only.
  2. All traffic to 10.0.0.0/8 goes to Wan2.
  3. All traffic **!**10.0.0.0/8 goes to Wan1.

Is it possible, how to do?
