On version 6.39-6.40.9, routing hangs after rebooting. I have to go from the connected networks and disable - enable all IP addresses so that the routing starts working. Also helps restart interfaces, bridges, GRE interfaces and so on.
The router uses BGP OSPF MPLS VPLS protocols. This routing bug becomes a big problem. Originally installed CCR1009, it was replaced by CCR1036, but no improvements were noticed. Tried to disable OSPF and reboot the router. it is often run without problems, but sometimes routing hangs again. Also there was a ticket to the support service.

There are a lot of stable MIkroTik networks with BGP, OSPF, MPLS/VPLS on the CCR series.
Can you post your config? Do you have a network diagram?
