Routing customers to different ISP's

I have a network of 6 routers, RB750 & RB2011 connected using OSPF.

All users go to the default ISP, but I would like to route some to a second ISP.

I have set up Mangle rules to mark the users I’d like to send to ISP2 using mark connection using the IP of the 10 users in prerouting, then I have marked the routing again in the prerouting, and finally marked the routing in the output. With a route set up on the routes page.

It seems to mark the connections, the counters increse, but no traffic goes over ISP2.

Can anybody offer a working example? Or tell me what I’ve done wrong.

Thank you,

David.
