routing issue

Ok heres my issue
10.1.1.1< mikrotik 750gl
10.1.1.254<mikrotik750 wan Lan =10.1.2.1

by connecting to 10.1.1.254(10.1.2.1) or 10.1.1.252 which are located at my tower sites i can ping anything on the network but from the 10.1.1.1 i cant ping anything past the wan side of both 10.1.1.254 and 10.1.1.252 not the lan of 10.1.2.1 or 10.1.3.1
I have added static routes to the 750gl which are

    am i doing something wrong here?
    Im getting “internet” at all locations but cant see them via aircontrol or the dude

Just use RIP. Go to routing click rip add interface all go to networks and add network. Defaults will be fine. Do this on all router boards. At the router board connected to you internet you go to routing RIP, Rip settings and in drop down box select always. This will auto set up routes, much less of a hassel. Can also use OSPF, but for a start RIP would be fine.
