Hello, I have an issue, currently I’m using PCC to “load balance/share” 8 lines (they’re DSL lines so they’re not much bandwidth) that part is working fine. I’m moving to a routed network from a bridged one. Here’s the hardware I have currently:
Core:
1RB493G
Outline Routers:
5RB493AHs
OSPF is setup on the core router, and hands out all the routes to the 1st outline router, can ping interfaces and devices on the Outline Router 1 fine.
Core Router has 3 IP addresses on ehter1:
135.0/24 clients
15.0/24 equipment
3.0/24 Outline router 1
OSPF is setup on the 1st outline router, it receives routes fine from the Core router, internet works, can ping everything I’m supposed to.
Outline router 1 has a ‘direct’ connection to Core w/ the IP of 3.0/24 on ether1
ether1 has ip of 11.3.0/24
ether2 has ip of 12.3.0/24
Problem:
Client computers from Core router cannot ping or access any of the IP’s on Outline Router 1
When I try and ping from one of the client PCs, it looks like the PCC rules are being applied and messing it up as it goes out one of the internet interfaces.
Pings and tracerts from the Core router show everything working. I’ve tried a few things with mangle but I can’t seem to get it to work.
I’m sure I’ve left out some info, so feel free to ask.
Thanks!
