I have a wireless linux box that is a normal client. I have another network on that box that I route to across the wireless connection. The mikrotik has a route to 10.0.100.0 255.255.255.0 192.168.0.1.40.
The .40 box is the wireless linux client. This works but sometimes when machines on that 10.0.100.0 network first start going out to the Internet, it doesn’t work. It will pause, take about a minute and finally start working. It’s the oddest thing.
Anyone have an idea what could be doing this?
Edit: If any of the replies help me get this fixed, I will run around my neighborhood butt naked and send video of all the neighbors reactions–and the police arresting me.
