Im new to this BGP things and trying hard to understand about this new level
Currently i have one upstream and two IX
Current situation is some ISP come through upstream and some of them using my second IX
And outgoing from my server is having same issue. some use upstream and some use second IX
What i want is incoming and outgoing mostly using first IX and international using my upstream
