Routing prob

I guess i’m having some routing problems. I have RouterBoard with 4nics. Each nic has his own sub 10.1.1 10.1.2 etc.

Routers address on each nic ends with .254
I have a mailserver on 10.1.1.253. The problem is that I can ping and access it from router with no prob, but from all other ips, even from the same sub can’t.

Routers wan port has 2 ips, one of them is forwarded to mailserver, and everything works fine.

Ideas?

What is the default gateway on your mail server and worksatations on other IP? For mailserver on 10.1.1.253 it should be 10.1.1.254.
Gateway for other computers should be 10.1.x.254 depending on ther subnet

i think it will be more easyer to answer if you explaint how is the topology of your network and your configuration right know ..
