i have maybe some easy question.
i have one interface with 2 bound ips on it. and one l2tp tunnel.
now i want the incoming traffic route to one of the bound ips. how can i do that?

The question is not easy to understand at first place. What is “incoming traffic”? The one coming via the L2TP tunnel? If so, what means “route the traffic to one of the bound IPs”? It either arrives through the tunnel with that address as a destination one (so nothing to do at the device we talk about), or you want to redirect any traffic that came in via the tunnel to that address, no matter what the original destination address was.
So to get a useful answer, describe your case in more detail.
