Routing suggestion

I have home LAN connected to remote LAN via middle station up in the hills. WAN goes through routerboard. I would like to add one access point at the middle station with only WAN access and limited to some lower data rate (e.g. 10Mbit). What is optimal solution for this?

Current:
WAN<->RBGroove1Groove2LHG5LHG5<—LAN2

Plan:
WAN<->RBGroove1Groove2LHG5LHG5<—LAN2
!— AP (should have only direct WAN access)
