HI , iam sathish first of all iam pleasure to use mikrotik and iam very thankful to have the support from these many guys from all over the world

Here is my network explained
my box ia having INternet business and iam haviung differnet network pools , So my requirement is iam having one host of media services in the LAN IP 10.10.3.3


and iam hvaing 192.168.3.0 and 10.10.3.0 10.10.3.4 networks on my lan please help me to reach 10.10.3.3 from all the specified networks , clear explanantion is requested
