This has just popped up over the last month or two. I was running 7.1rc5 and I am currently on 7.1.5 CRS328-24p-4s+
I have a vpn client setup and was using mangle to add a preroute mark routing table.
I also have a static route setup that uses that routing table to get me out the VPN Gateway.
I have have stopped using mangle when the issue presented it self.
I use a route rule now, that is based on the source address and is a lookup only in table with the table of the vpn that was set. it does work with no problems.
My issue is that when the client VPN terminates and reconnects the static route no longer works until I change the routing table to the main table, apply the changes, then immediately change back to the vpn table. This goes for using mangle or the route rule. Happens both ways.
Why is this happening now when nothing ever changed in the settings? Why do I have to reset the routing table every time the vpn client reconnects when I never had to do this before?
