Hello.
My first message, I’m new in this.
My buddy and myself had setup an network in our firm.
It is made out of 2 routers in central office (R1 and R2)
There is a remote location with third router R3.
All locations are using the same ISP. We created PPTP connection from remote locaton R3 to central office R1,
and routed all “firm related” traffic trough that connection.
Internet, file sharing, accessing our servers is working without any sort of problem.
There is an phone switchboard (Panasonic TDA100) at central office and Panasonic IP phone at remote location.
Now, the problem:
When call originates from CO to remote, everything is OK.
Calling from remote to CO, voice is heard in one direction only.
There are no QoS, queues or any sort of settings, other from ip routes.
Help!
