Routing Traffic from one network to other

Hi, I have the next scenario:

Cloud PBX (159.90.90.90) —Mikrotik (WAN ETH1: 190.90.90.92/ETH2:192.168.6.1/ETH3:10.90.90.92)----ISP(10.90.90.91)-----SIP Proxy(10.0.0.1)
Static route:

I need to route traffic comming from PBX to sip proxy and vicebersa.

Do you have any idea how to do it?

I’ve tried some dst-nat, but it didn’t work.

Hi! I think that you’ll need some routes between your devices, can you upload a simple diagram of your network? it may be easiest to understand your problem.

Here is a network topology.

And I must add that bridge 1 is ether2, 4 and 5 and bridge 2 is ether3.

Add route on Mikrotik:
10.10.10.0/24 Gateway: 10.90.90.91

Is the SIP proxy network under your control?

Not, only the Cloud PBX and Mikrotik is under our control, the ISP router and proxy are out of our control.

By the way the route 10.10.10.0/24 Gateway: 10.90.90.91 exists.

What we need is to be able to route SIP traffic from the ISP to the Cloud PBX and from Cloud PBX be able to reach ISP SIP proxy.
