I have problem in the diagram I want set Public IP on Router 3 in the diagram.
Can I set it.

Hmm, I would say a MPLS/VPLS setup is more appropriate for what your trying to accomplish. As such, if you have an additional port on either R1 or R2 you can easily create a “logical ethernet interface” via a VPLS link to R3.

Hopefully that sets you on the right path.

What equipment are you using?
