how to use (rsc) files in scripts?

i have this script
/ip hotspot user
add limit-bytes-total=25000000 name=abc password=123 profile=Mobile
can i add this value (bytes-in=10000 bytes-out= 1000 bytes) to the script ??
what are these files for ?
