I dont have a clue what is happening with the lancard 8139D, it is not recognized by mikrotik 2.9.27, what can be the problem ?
look into system resources pci whether this card is actually realtek 8139d.
try newer version
the card is realtek, i checked in system resources pci but it wont show the card
