I have a RB133C Accesspoint running RouterOS 3.28.
I have two clients; one RB133 with same OS version and one Ubiquity NanoStation2 (AirOS 3.4). The RTS-CTS protocol is required as both clients have no visibility of others.
I had erratic behavior (very slow response times, disconnections, etc..) if RTS-CTS is activated in all systems.
Can anybody give advise of which OS versions of both Mikrotik/Ubiquity are known work without issues.
it seems now working. The issue was related to the “Default forward” being ticked in the Mikrotik AP. Now I have disabled the “Default forward” and changed the network topology in order to the AP route packets between stations and it is working; no more disconnections and erratic performance on NS5 with RTS/CTS.
