No. ROS is for Mikrotik devices.
Some select UBNT devices can run some cambium software but it is not recommended.
Mikrotik devices are extremely cheap, along with UBNT. Mikrotik for the more advanced routing options with its RouterBoard OS and UBNT with its more simplistic easy to use GUI.
I prefer to use a mixture of both, as Mikrotiks QoS by IP has greatly benefited my network for my head end routing and inter-switching, and UBNT for some of my links.
Bottom line: They’re both cheap. And if you’re looking for cheaper, try eBay…
