running a webserver behind a hotspot?

Hey guys,

I have a customer that is running a surveillance camera system w/ DVR behind a hotspot. Does the hotspot block web servers from running? Because I can see port 80 open on Angry IP Scanner, but when i try and get to it over the VPN or LAN it just times out. Any help would be awesome..

Every user/device/ip behind the hotspot has to be authenticated unless you specify otherwise; that includes the webserver.
To allow traffic to or from the webserver: /ip hotspot ip-binding address=x.x.x.x to-address=x.x.x.x mac-address=xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx type=bypassed.
