running multiple hotspot on same network

is there a way to run multiple hotspot or running hotspot along with other captive portals. As hotspot spoof the arp response, bcoz of which other authenticating services are hampered. Disabling UAM in hotspot or MT ver 2.7 type hotspot

set Address Pool in Hotspot settings to none, and it won’t use spoofing
