Running wds on Router Board

Hi all,

I have a campus hotspot and currently using RB433AH as my base station with two of the interfaces doing AP Bridge on 2.4Ghz while the third interface is transmitting on 5Ghz linking all the base station together.

As it is, it is working but the problem is that I have currently 5 Base Station with two ssid on each base station leading to 10 ssid on 2.4Ghz alone.

How do i use wds or mesh protocol to use a single ssid on all the base station noting that each base station has two of the interfaces on the 433AH running 2.4ghz?

Pls I need help urgently as somebody has proffer them a solution using another AP’s.

could you please describe the scene in a little more detail??

The solution was to use ap-bridge with wds disabled on all the 2.4ghz interface to avoid interconnectivity. that way with single ssid, all users sees single ssid.
