RX drop from 300Mbps to 6Mbps

Hi, I have a WiFi link with 2x MikroTik BaseBox5 RB912UAG-5HPnD-OUT. Distance between AP and Client is 10Km. Wireless type nstreme.
Both routerboards are updated to RouterOS 6.20 and firmware 3.17. Same problem was before updating. Both routerboards are new, I bought them a few days ago.
Problem is that RX drop from 300Mbps to 6Mbps. Sinlan is ~ -50/-50 dBi and CCQ 99/100, signal to noise is 70dB.
Can someone know what is the problem?

Excellent support. October 29 I asked for help and no answer yet.

I currently have about 5 APs on Nstreme and 20 or so on NV2. On Nstreme if there is no traffic passing I have noticed that the RX drops to 6Mbps. That said, I have not had any complaints from any customers. I hope this helps.

It’s true! If you will use NV2 you can see always higher data rate, it is an nstreme behavior don’t worry they not drop packet!

I have the same problem with RB911G 5HPnD links.

I’m using Nstream. Both links are about 500m.

I’ll try the latest firmware 6.24

David.

I have upgraded to version 6.24.

I’ve also changed from Nstream to 802.11 and most of the problems have gone away.

regards,

David.

Hello,

Did anybody ever found the cause / solution to this? We are experiencing the same behavior with two NetMetal 5 links,
