Rx Jabber and Code Errors on SFP

I’m on an optical wave service with a nationwide carrier and I’m having problems with fiber links between sites.

I have a CCR1036-12G-4S with S-31DLC20D in the SFP slots.

On the other end of the circuit I have a (2x) RB2011UiAS with the S-31DLC20D in the SFP slots.

I am getting RX Jabber and Code errors on the CCR along with FCS errors. I’m seeing this on 2 out 3 links on the CCR. I’m almost positive it’s on the carrier’s side.

Can anyone help explain what the Rx Jabber and Coder Errors mean? I’d like to know a little more about what these errors mean and how I can perhaps look further into the situation. I’m about to open a ticket with the carrier and would like to be armed with the right information regarding these errors.

We are all the sudden experiencing rx code errors as well as rx fcs errors on a wave circuit. Have had to shut down all traffic for now.
