Hello i was going to order a S+31DLC10D but it looks like its end of life, i get the impression it’s been replaced by the XS+31LC10D, is this right? and would the XS+31LC10D be compatible with the SFP+ ports on the CCR1036-8G-2S+ ?

On-line focs, including product brochure, claim compatibility with SFP, SFP+ and SFP28. Even more, brochure says

(emphasis is mine)

So yes, the new XS+31LC10D should be just fine.
