S-rj01 and crs212 align always port half duplex 1g, why?

Hi all,
My problem is on crs 212 with two port s-rj01, connected ok , but align port only 1gb hald duples, force with autonegotiation off, but same result.
suggest me alternative for s-rj01 , or error configuration?
