SAMBA of change of file size !?

when copying on the shared disk there is a change of file size
How to correct it?

System OS - 6.41 (stable)

Hi all. We have the same problem on mAP. several version used including prelatest. (on the latest one Samba doesnt work at all)
It is critical a problem.

Our usecase:

  1. copy a text file (<1KB) using windows explorer to network folder (Mikrotik Samba share)
  2. open the file with text editor, fix something
  3. save
  4. file size changed to 32K with FAT32 on USB drive and 4K for Ext3 FS. End of the file contains bad symbols.
