Samusng S24 Ultra connection issue in 2.4GHz

Today I replaced old router for Mikrotik Ax2 at customers side. Customer called me he has a big problem to make stable connection with his phone...another devices worked properly. Ive connected to the Ax2 and I can see his phone cant hold stable TX rate and for a while it made on 1000kbps instead 150-250Mbs. When phone (about 10-15s) is in the 1000kbps mode he can see message he lost internet connection on his phone. its obvious that he phone has a big problem to hold stable tx rate.
How can I fix it on the AP side?
Turn off AX, 40MHz channel…or did you already try to fix this problem?

This is only 2.4GHz problem, in 5GHz (AX, 20/40/80MHz) working properly without tx rate issue.

P.S. I have a big problem with S line of Samsung e.g. in Vivotek cams app, or internal gmail client. It`s interesting this is only Samsung issue and only S line (reported from S20, S21, S22, S23, S24).

First, show the full configuration

What issue you want to find if EVERY other clients has no problem only 1 Samsung mobile has one?
Samsung A52 without problem, another 3 notebooks without problems, Iphone 15 without problem, Redmi-Note 11 Pro without problems, some iots without problems.
Only Samsung S24 ultra has this issue and only in 2.4GHz. The 5G wifi has the the similar config (only band is another.
What are you trying looking for?
This is not issue in Mikrotik, this must be issue in Samsung S24 wifi implementation for 100%.

I`ve set only mode(AP), SSID, Country, security (WPA2 only), another items are default.

I have no problems with S24 and hap ax2, so the problem may be in the configuration. If you think that the problem is in Samsung, then you need to write to Samsung support. And what does the log say? Is debugging enabled?

i have same phone and same ap no issues has to be the config
