and that depend required expertise/complesty, so unless you asking for high-grade project(eg if you buid factory or something), you may simpler ask networking and hardware forums(say PC enthusiasts or MT forums around globe. there was atleast 3 in southwest popular forums with frequent folks with MT degree(including from local visitors)).
if thats too complex/long for you - generally simpler to put it on job services board under relevant category(both generic or aimed specifically for freelancing consultants/specialists) than patiently wait “just in case” if someone walk aside on vendor forum(but it do works too).
