Sangoma S518 Card Not Recognised

I have ROS version 2.8.21, license level 4, with syncronous package installed. This is running on routerboard 230 with PCI riser.

I have fitted a Sangoma S518 ADSL PCI card, but it does not seem to be recognised. It is not listed by /interface print or by /interface sangoma print, and no LEDs on the card are lit.

Is there anything I have to do to install drivers for the card?

Thanks.

You must have a sync license.

But the sangoma driver are not working.

I have a level 4 license and the syncronous package installed.

Is it not working at all? It is in the synchronous portion of the manual and it is stated as supported on at least a couple of message from John Tully on this forum.

I see that you had a thread running about this and got Sangoma involved back in October. What happened?

Thanks.

nothing done by MT.

It still doesn’t work.
In my case it is recognized but disabled. Asap I try to enable it I got an error.

Hmm…mine is not even recognised. I will try to re-seat it in the PCI slot without the riser. In the meantime I have sent a message to Mikrotik support, so we’ll see what they say about support for this card.

MT support say it is not yet supported but they are working on it. I have asked them for an estimated time when this will be ready.
