SBE / LMC / T1 Supply?

Does anyone have a source for cheap PCI SBE / LMC T1 cards for Mikrotik usage? Or any other PCI T1 card that works in the router os?

Thanks,
Sam

I had a source for the T1 Card.
I don’t know if more are avail.
I will check into it..

Craig

My supplier is telling me ge can still get them !!!

I do not yet have a hard price yet,

Last orders ran aprox $100.00 each..

These were used but tested boards.

Please let me know if interested.

Craig

Im interested. If you can find out price and quantity I will reply quickly with an order.

Thx,
Sam

I will get the numbers locked down today.

I others wish to get in on this, let me know…

I think numbers will bring the price down…

Craig

To tag on to the general question, I’ve typically seen Cisco 2620 used as T1 gateways and until just recently I found out that I could use a MikroTik in place of these Cisco routers.

If I have 3-4 bonded T1s coming into a single router, what kind of router board or machine would you recommend using to support this type of load along with the 3-4 T1 cards needed? Do you have any ballpark figures for such a machine? Is $100/T1 card a safe assumption?

Thanks!

This is why I am trying to get these cards - the newer ones are all around $400+ each.

Sam

I have been told that I can get 10 - 20 of them for $140.00 Ea.

(I will add on actual freight.) (UPS)

Drop me a message as sales@software-routers.com

I know this board is not for “sales” but I just want to help out.

Please contact me OFFLINE if you want in on this one.

Craig

Could you post the part numbers of the two different cards (newer and older)?

Also, any recommendation on size of machine (utilizing 3-4 bonded T1s) that I should use instead of the typical Cisco 2160, for example?

Thanks,

CW

If you send a request RE: SBE / LMC cards, send it again…
The mail server went on the fritz today and I am not sure how long it was down…

D@mn exchange…

The only request that I sent was the previous one posted. (see above)

I’m curious on what type of machine would be need to run MT OS being used as a gateway router with 3-4 bonded T1s coming into it? Basically, I’m looking to replace a Cisco 2160 with a MT router that will handle 3-4 Bonded T1s.

Could you also post the part number/manufacture of both the older and new version of T1 cards?

Thanks,

-CW
