scan list=5000-6000 - and connection problem

the situation:
2x MT 2.9.18 with extra channels - P2P 5ghz link

atheros AP-BRIDGE freq=5320 ssid=test ~~~~~~ atheros CLIENT scan-list=5000-6000

if I scanning by client I can see ssid “test” but connection can’t be done - allways is “searching for network”

if I change MT client setting to smaller range: scan-list=5100-5500 OR scan-list=5320
for few secends client will connect

this is:
-bug?
-security reasons?
-I forget to set some extra options?

‘scan-list’ option defines the list of channels to scan, when mode=station is configured, station selects AP from the particular scan-list pool and matching allowed frequencies from ‘info’ list.
