We are having a problem when we change the country code to “ireland”, and thus enabling 98 channels (using 5ghz-10mhz). If we leave the default scan-list (blank) we can not connect to anything higher than 5705. Yet if we set the scan-list on the client to include 5830 for example, the radio connects perfectly.

Also, if we set the AP to 5830 and set the client back to “none set” on the country code, it will connect perfectly as well. It almost seems like the client won’t scan more than 75 channels.

Any ideas?

Have you tried a scan-list to limit the number of channel choices? eg: 5495-5865?

This problem was fixed in v3.17. It has been working perfectly for us since then.
