scheduled slowdown mystery HH:15-HH:20 ? (Solved)

Hi,

Maybe someone of you has a suggestion/idea whats going on?

I’ve got two MT wireless devices. A RB4011 and a hapac2. (2 buildings 20 meters apart)
Both go from full speed to allmost no speed, every hour from 15-19 ?
So 24 times a day from 300mbit to 0.3mbit !?!?
On both 2.4 and 5ghz.
No DFS logging, no network congestion (librenms)
No scheduled tasks.
Turned off all other APs/Zigbee/Homeautomation, no microwave.
Ethernet thoughput is okay.
Another AP in the building has no problems (another brand)
I turned this one off, and configured the MT with the same settings, but it still had problems.
There are no scheduled tasks

With regards

Hourly dip in thoughput

a network package on a linux server, scanned the network
did a ping to all machines, and recorded the mac address.
removed this service, and that seems to fix it.
i can´t explain why the low bandwidth scan killed my network
