SCRIPT TO LIMIT MAX NO OF MAIL

Dear Friends,
I want to limit the number of emails addresses in either To:, CC: or BCC to a maximum of 10. This is to curb the incidence of bulk mails from originating from my network.

Can anyone kindly help me with a script to that can do this for me? I will appreciate.

that should be done on the mailserver. it’s not possible to do this in the router.
