I’m wondering if anyone has worked with SCTP packet transmission through Mikrotiks before. For simplicities sake, lets say I have two Mikrotiks (RB1100AHx2 and CCR1016-12G) connected over WAN via SSTP. The problem is the SCTP connections from devices behind the RB1100 communicating with software behind the CCR1016 go unreplied. I’m not sure if there’s something I can do to fix this or if it’s a feature request, etc. Seems like SCTP is unrecognized. Any insight is appreciated!
Maybe I didn’t provide enough information originally and this problem could be simpler (or way more complex) than I originally thought. I initially had some masquerade issues where the originating/reply destination IPs wouldn’t match through the VPN. I got that sorted out, however I’m still faced with the original issue of the unestablished connection via protocol 132 - I’m still not sure where to attribute this issue to. We have over 25 RB1100AHx2 in the field so this is not a small problem. Any help is greatly appreciated.
I would not be averse to donating money to whoever can resolve this.
3G Radio (192.168.88.131)—>RB1100AHx2 (192.168.88.1) → (10.10.202.180) VPN (10.10.202.181) → RB1100AHx2 (10.10.200.2) —> Software Host (10.10.202.77)
I should also add that TCP connections work fine
