Is possible to implement a search inside de log ??
Same as “find” in the registration.
Filtering on log columns would be much better.
I recommend log to file and/or log to remote syslog. Then you can monitor, filter, trigger actions and much more.
Did you know that you can log to several locations at once and configure more logs than just the default?

Sure. I am using distant logging together with local logging to files. I know how to use multiple conditional logging or other stuff. But simple handy and fast search / filter feature within winbox is really missing.
