Second rb on rb or wan ip on port

Hello i have RB3011 UiAS and 2 ISP

  • eth 1 First ISP with 2 WAN Address EX:10.10.10.10 and 10.10.11.11


  • eth 2 Second ISP config like Backup


  • have 2 LAN Dhcp 192.168.0.0/24 and Static 192.168.1.0/24


  • ports 3 and 4 are in bridge with 0.0/24 lan,


  1. i need on port eth 5


  • tu get new router and give him 10.10.11.11

or

  • give port eth 5 10.10.11.11 and lan 1.0/24

for now i have eth5 in bridge with others and 1.0/24 static ips on devices behind eth 5, and i`m nat ing incoming connections on 10.10.11.11 on ther static ips
i whant to get everithing on porrt eth5 to be cut from others and it got static 10.10.11.11 and only from that ip go out or in
also i need if isp one fails both wan ips to go from 2 isp
