There is a way to bypass login page by running a scan, and spoofing your mac as someone else. I did some search on this page and was unable to find a topic on this.

Not on the router running a Hotspot, not at all on APs for wireless Hotspot connections, and yes on switches that have the proper layer 2 security features for wired Hotspot connections.
It’s not a security problem, it’s a side effect of how TCP/IP fundamentally works.
Search the forums for the term ‘netcut’, specifically threads/posts by user ‘namo’. He asked about this a lot, and there’s plenty of explanations and discussions in those threads.
