Security profile for Android 12

Hi folks!
I’m new to setting up Mikrotik cAP ac as my wifi AP, and I’m facing some problems with one of the devices connecting to 2.4/5GHz wifi…
Iphone 11, 2-4 years old laptops are connecting properly, but I have a new Xiaomi 11T with Android 12 on it and this device has issues with connecting.
When the scurity profile is turned to ‘none’ (disabled security) then it connects.
Here is the current setup:

However, I have a TP-Link as main router in my network. When I use this as wifi AP instead of the Mikrotik, it connects with no questions.
How can I setup my Mikrotik similar to the TP-Link?

TP-Link has basic configuration:

I see this in WiFiman app when TP-Link is the AP instead of cAP ac:

Hello. Uncheck the WPA-PSK and try again.

Sekect mode
Wifi b/g/n
Y wifi a/n/ac

Thanks for the advice, but it doesn’t helped :frowning:

5GHz is turned off for easier debugging.
2.4GHz settings are:

  • band: 2GHz-B/G/N

  • ch. width: 20MHz

  • freq: 2417

Still the same issue… phone says Saved/Connect,but it cannot connect, it doesn’t get IP

Seems this solution working for me too:
