Seeing loads of suspicious UDP traffic

I just installed a Mikrotik RB2011UiAS router and I am seeing loads of upload from my WAN interface. Most of these traffics are UDP. Can any one help me with blocking these?

Ok, I was able to resolve the issue by making a firewall rule as suggested in topic below:
